What this covers

This page explains how we handle data on this website, app.digitalelite.pl. It does not cover our mobile applications. Each app has its own privacy policy, linked from its listing in the app store it is distributed through.

What we collect on this site

Nothing directly. This site has no contact form, no account system, no analytics, no advertising, and no cookies. We do not set any cookies and we do not use tracking technologies of any kind.

The fonts and images used here are served from our own server. The site makes no requests to third-party services, so visiting it does not disclose your visit to anyone other than us and our hosting provider.

Server logs

Like almost all websites, the server that delivers this page keeps automatic access logs. These are created by our hosting provider and typically record:

• the IP address the request came from
• the date and time of the request
• the page or file requested
• the browser and operating system reported by your device
• the referring page, where your browser sends one

We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure — diagnosing errors, and identifying abuse or attacks. We do not use them to build profiles of visitors, and we do not combine them with any other data. Under the GDPR, our legal basis for this is legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted.

This site is hosted by Hostinger. As our hosting provider, they process this data on our behalf.

If you email us

When you write to app@digitalelite.pl, we receive your email address, your message, and anything else you choose to include. We use it to answer you and, where a conversation continues, to keep track of it. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not pass your message to anyone else.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the matter it relates to, and delete it when it no longer is.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. The only parties who process data connected to this site are our hosting and email providers, who act on our instructions and are bound to protect it.

Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within one month.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. There is no separate notification, so if this matters to you, it is worth checking back.
